Meetings

Once each half term, approximately two weeks prior to each Headteacher meeting.

Meetings are chaired by one or other FCLP leader.

Minutes /Notes of executive meeting are distributed to all Headteachers with the agenda for the next Headteachers' meeting.

Function

To prioritise and order the agenda of the Headteachers Group meetings.

To provide support to the leaders of the FCLP on a day to day basis.

To take forward the business of the FCLP on a day to day basis by taking decisions, with the Executive Leaders, on behalf of the Headteachers Group when deadlines demand this.

To determine a response, on behalf of the FCLP, when dealing with tight deadlines.

To monitor the budget and alert the Headteachers' Group of budget issues.
